Thank you for looking at our fresh approach to finding a designer. We are going to assist you in finding your next interior designer. This is not a free service to you. The cost is $249 for residences and $449 for commercial spaces.

Why charge you? Because finding an interior designer for your design project is not a passive task. We contact designers and obtain their portfolio photos, profile, education information, professional affiliations, credentials, references, licensing and insurance. We will then provide you with a minimum of three qualified professional designers in your area that closely match your list of criteria. This takes time and money to do and therefore isn't a free service. Is it worth it to you to get exactly who you want? We think so. We think it is a tremendous value.

Designers don't pay up front for this service. They do pay us a percentage of the job; only if they're hired. This way you aren't going to get a choice from a select few designers. Other finder services are free to the client. We don't believe that is the way to get the best designer for your job. They don't have thousands of designers to choose from. We do.

We call designers and tell them that we have a client that is looking to hire an interior designer based on your specifications. They come to this site and fill out a 'designer profile', and send in their pictures. Could you do this? Sure. Would you want to? Probably not. You receive a report from us for each designer that we match to your project. With three being the minimum.

You will then know where they attended school--their body of work--that they are licensed and insured-- what their professional affiliations are--how long they've been in the interior design business and their design pictures. Will every designer get referrals that we contact initially? No. Will you get someone who isn't capable? No. Only the designers that are able to meet our strict criteria are sent on to you.
